Terms of sale.

These terms apply when you use komorebi.earth or buy a piece from Komorebi, an independent studio based in London W9. Contact the studio at hello@komorebi.earth.

Each piece is handmade and contains natural materials. Small differences in colour, plant growth, form and finish are part of the work and are not defects. Measurements and photography are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge and the final total are shown before payment. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify.

An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. If a piece becomes unavailable or a clear pricing error is discovered before acceptance, payment will not be taken or will be refunded.

Available destinations, charges and estimated timing are shown at checkout or agreed with you. Risk remains with Komorebi until the order is delivered to you or someone you nominate. See the delivery page for practical details.

Your cancellation and return rights are described on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights when goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

The writing, designs, illustrations and brand material on this site belong to Komorebi or their respective licensors. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

These terms may be updated for future orders. The version in effect when your order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
