Change of mind
For eligible ready-made goods bought online, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Email before sending anything so the fragile return can be planned safely.
Return condition
You may inspect a piece as you would in a shop, but please keep it upright, cared for and in its original protective packaging. A deduction may be made where handling beyond that needed to inspect the piece has reduced its value.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the safe return and its direct cost. If the piece is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, Komorebi will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are made within 14 days of the returned goods being received, using the original payment method. The standard outbound delivery cost is included where the law requires it; additional express-delivery cost is not.
Faulty or damaged goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us promptly if something is wrong; depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
Made-to-order work
When bespoke commissions open, pieces made to your specifications may not carry the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty, damaged or not as agreed.
