Who we are
Komorebi is an independent terrarium studio based in London W9. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@komorebi.earth.
What we collect
We collect the details you provide when joining the new-edition list, placing an order through Shopify, or contacting the studio. This can include your name, email address, delivery details, order details and correspondence.
Payment card information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers; Komorebi does not receive your full card details.
Why we use it
We use order information to fulfil our contract with you, customer-service information to respond to you, and records where needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
New-edition emails are sent with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting the studio.
Who receives it
Information is shared only where needed with services that operate the shop and communications, including Shopify, Resend, hosting providers and delivery partners. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Order and transaction records are retained for the period required for customer service, tax and accounting. Enquiries and operational logs are kept only while they remain useful and proportionate.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to its use, or request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
