Living work needs a little more care in transit. Here is what to expect from despatch to arrival.

Where we deliver
The destinations currently available for a piece are shown during Shopify checkout. Please do not assume a destination is covered until checkout accepts the delivery address.
Timing
The product page gives the expected despatch window. A delivery estimate is confirmed before or after checkout as appropriate. Orders will be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed with you.
Charges
Any delivery charge is shown before you complete payment. Optional faster services are never added without your express choice.
Living and fragile work
Terrariums are packed by hand for stability and protection. Open the parcel promptly, keep the vessel upright and follow the care card included with the piece.
Damage or delay
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the piece before moving or discarding anything, then email the studio as soon as possible.
Komorebi remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to you or someone you nominate. If a delivery is late or missing, contact the studio rather than relying only on the courier.
