Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns may be made by carrier. If you would like to return an item, you must notify Komorebi within 30 days from the date of delivery. To do so please complete our online form here. We will then review your request and if your return is accepted (see requirements below), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item. You are also able to request a return by emailing us at Support@Komorebi.Earth.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund: 

  • If you would like to return an item, you must notify Komorebi within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honoured if the label has not been removed.
  • Please return items using the same channel of the original purchase. In the majority of cases, this will be via the website Komorebi.earth and in this case please follow the instructions above.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Komorebi.

CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS:

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 30 days from the date of delivery to cancel your contract with us. To cancel please complete our online form here. We will then review your request and if your return is accepted (see requirements below), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item. Returned merchandise must meet the above requirements in order to be accepted for a refund. You are also able to cancel your contract by emailing us at Support@Komorebi.Earth or alternatively by writing to us at Komorebi Official Limited, Charlton Park Offices, Charlton Drive, Wraxall, Bristol BS48 1PD.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

If you would like to return an item, please complete our online form here. We will then review your request and if approved (see requirements above) will provide you with a shipping label.

  1. Repack your items
  2. Use our returns portal and let us know what you want to return and why
  3. Select your carrier. Print the label we provide to you at home for shipping. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You are able to do this from your local Post Office, with any Collect+ store or Hermes Courier.
  4. Please keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll receive an email once we receive it at Komorebi but please let us know at Support@komorebi.earth if you would like to follow up and we will happily look into this for you.
