Komorebi Shipping Policy


In line with our values, we aim to make our delivery to you carbon negative.

Shipping policy

During our production process, everything is made to order to ensure the highest quality and the lowest waste to save our planet. Our pre-orders are therefore made to order and during this time we aim to ship out all of our orders within 6 weeks of ordering (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

After our full launch, all orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the order’s shipping information and tracking details.

Please note international orders outside of the UK may take slightly longer due to delivery times.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free delivery across the United Kingdom. We also offer free local delivery in London, United Kingdom.

For deliveries, we will contact you via email or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a full range of countries. Please note all overseas orders (outside the UK) have a flat delivery fee of £8.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We, Komorebi Official Limited, are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 weeks of receiving your pre-order shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@komorebi.earth  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you would like to return an item, please complete our online form here. We will then review your request and if approved (see the requirements in our returns policy here) will provide you with a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. To return an item please:

  1. Repack your items
  2. Use our returns portal and let us know what you want to return and why.
  3. Select your carrier. Print the label we provide to you at home for shipping. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You are able to do this from your local Post Office, with any Collect+ store or Hermes Courier.
  4. Please keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll receive an email once we receive it at Komorebi but please let us know at Support@komorebi.earth if you would like to follow up and we will happily look into this for you.
  5. Please note returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery and our full returns policy can be found here for further information.
